PES-PTO MEETING

NEWS

  • Fall Festival
    • Thursday September 22 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm
    • Bring the entire family and play tons of GAMES, WIN prizes, eat some hot dogs, get your favorite books and have some family fun time!
    • Goldfish ping-pong-win a live goldfish!
    • Face Painting
    • Harvest cookie walk
    • Bean Bag toss
    • Lucky duck
    • Adopt a “pet”
    • The Payson Fire Department will be there
    • Petting Zoo
    • Get your favorite ice cream from Scoops!
    • Hot dogs, pickles on a stick, juice, water and cotton candy for sale.
    • Silent auction
    • And much, much more!!
    • ONLY $2 per person to get in and have a BLAST!!
    • Volunteers needed for this event-contact Kelly Mercado (PTO President) for more information or to volunteer
  • Book Fair
    • Monday Sept. 19 through Friday Sept. 23
    • Book fair will be in progress during the Fall Festival so you can purchase your favorite books and have FUN at the Festival at the same time
    • Volunteers needed for this event-contact Mrs. Abraham for more information or to volunteer

Information

Membership fee

It was decided to not charge a membership fee for PTO. We want to include one and all in this worthwhile cause. We are however in need of monetary personal and business donations for start up funds.. We will gladly accept any donation.

Short-term goals
  • proxima projectors
  • updated computer's in classroom
  • classroom sets of books ( reading )
  • emergency buckets for every classroom
  • playground funnel balls
  • allocated $$ for teacher classroom supplies
Fundraising ideas
  • Back to school BBQ
  • Fall Fundraiser
  • Winterfest
  • Spaghetti dinner
  • Chili's family night
  • Scrip ( Bashas, Safeway, etc.)
  • Panther T-shirts ( long $12 and short $10 sleeve)

Classroom Donations Needed

  • Clorox Wipes
  • Baby Wipes
  • Glue sticks
  • Blk,brn,white pipe cleaners
  • Craft supplies
  • Kleenex
